"Will never buy from them again"
Brought a mower from them and never got to use it because it wasn't able to turn from the start. Mowers direct basically said they aren't responsible because we put gas in it already. By the way it's a gas powered lawn mower that we would never know doesn't work without putting gas. Mower never cut one piece of grass, 0 hours on it but they aren't responsible for it. Turns out there was a crack in the transmission, "brand new mower that we were sold"

"Despite my prayers, I got screwed by these guys"
I'd settled on a Honda HRX mower to replace the rock-solid model I loved and had given to my son. Local stores didn't carry it, so I called and talked to a salesperson who confirmed they had it in stock and said it could be returned if there was an issue with it. I ordered online, and THEN my wife said, "What about their reviews". My heart sank as I saw 1.6 stars. I started praying. When it arrived, it 'looked' like a brand new model by the way it was packed, although there was tape falling off of the bottom of the box, which made me start thinking. I added the oil, and new gas, turned on the fuel line, and started pulling. And pulling. And pulling. NOTHING. My confidence evaporated while my grass continued to grow. I called Mowers Direct and was THEN told, sorry, you added fuel; you're stuck with it. Call Honda. So, now my absolutely brand new mower, which hasn't turned over once, is now in the shop. I'm so kicking myself for not researching these guys more, as I would have NOT purchased from them. I guess they're happy as they have my $1000 and all the hassle now on me. They get your money and then cancel your order with no notice The company is in Indonesia and I think us Americans are rich I guess.

"Total nightmare never buy online ever…"
Total nightmare never buy online ever again. Ordered a Husqvarna with bagger mulcher kit additional blades after a few days my wife and I decided we don’t really need the bagger so we called to cancel that portion which they said they did cancel however I continue to receive emails confirmation emails showing the bags were being delivered every email I got I had to call back and double check complete nightmare they assured me it would happened. Eventually it was canceled. Now comes the delivery. They sub it out to one company who then subs it out to another company so complete nightmare cluster trying to get your product. They were told it was canceled it was delayed a bunch I had to play phone tag with Mowers Direct they are carrier vendor and then that carriers sub vendor. I tried to cancel the whole order and Mowers Direct wanted to charge me $500 in shipping which it never even left the dock from what I was told. They tried to tell me That I refuse the shipment at my house. Another lie it never even left the dock.

So to avoid throwing $500 in shipment down the drain which by the way the delivery company said I shouldn’t be charged since it never left but of course Mowers Direct has got to make their money. In addition to the customer service a bunch of stay at home moms trying to take phone calls with Baby screaming in the background just a complete cluster run as far as you can go to your local dealer and buy something face-to-face

"Stupid company"
Truly, truly, truly dumb customer service, and completely oblivious to all the reviews, now you talking about clowns running a feed store business, which is exactly what it takes to run a feed store, clowns.

"Excellent customer care"
Rapid response to issues I raised in my initial review.
Trailer replaced speedily. Delivery driver(Alex), punctual, polite and efficient.
More than happy to give this company five stars now.

"Terrible Company"
Purchased a product that arrived damaged. This company refuses to do anything to cover my expense of making the repairs to the product. I have spent well over $10K with this outfit and they treat me like an unimportant consumer. Think about how they will treat you.

"Cancel order never let me know"
This stupid $#*! company cancelled my order without letting me know. There was no reason. No email. No phone call. I only found out when I looked at my order status a week later. The prior page was all good they even charged my credit card. I hate poor service. Now I will go buy my $1000 push mower from someone else. Their service sucks. Don't use them. Ps. I sent them an email asking why, no response. Jackasses.

"NEVER BUY FROM THEM"
I spent $1000 with them for equipment that started once and that was it. After going through everything in the manual I reached out to Mowers Direct. They refused to help at all and washed their hands of the whole thing. They told me they wouldn't help me and I'd have to work everything out with Snapper directly if I could. There aren't many businesses I can think of that deny all help and support to customers for what's supposed to be a new product. Buy from another business that has a track record of good service but don't get it from this outfit.

"Terrible System, Terrible Service!"
I purchased a triple lawn bagger for my mower...
I purchased online and did not receive a confirmation or email. I checked my bank, and no charges. I attempted to call several times with no answer. I figured I had done something wrong, so I purchased again. And once again, no confirmation, no email, nothing. So, I decided to purchase elsewhere. A day or so later, I received a notification that my credit card was charged 3 THREE times! I tried and tried to contact but no answer. The next day, early, I was able to reach a person that told me he baggers had not shipped, but was not sure, therefore could NOT CANCEL. Of course, the same day, the baggers were shipped. NOW, this company wants to charge a "shipping" fee! Another person called it "re-stocking" fee. I've tried to discuss with the folks at MowersDirect and they say it is my (customer) fault. DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

"Buyer beware"
1st of all I wish I could give them minus stars! This is the worst company I have ever dealt with! I ordered a pull behind Is forestry mower that took forever To get, Once I got it it was missing the toe bar, it was not sent with it. I called the company took forever to get that part then when I did it didn't have the pins that goes with the bar! So now I have been waiting for over 2 weeks to get those! I've had this mower for over a month and have not been able to use it! I'll never ever buy from this company again!

"Worst purchase experience of my life!"
I bought a high quality Husqvarna lawn tractor from them cause the model I wanted wasnt available anywhere else. When it was delivered it was missing the user manual, parts for battery, parts for attaching seat, the key, it also had scratches all over it. I asked for replacement parts and they sent me random hardware that didnt work cause it wasnt the right parts.SO I went directly to Husqvarna to order the missing pieces. Mowers direct is a horrible business and should go out of business!

Only site I found a 54" in stock (july 2021)Ordered on Monday delivered on Friday. Dont be cheap pay the 50 to have lift gate service. SAIA nice driver popped in garage no problem. Yes and slide him cash its a 850lb box with free shipping. 48 mth 0 financing to top it off. Great help on phone guiding me through the special financing. Tractor. Started right up no issues. Changed tire pressure, adjusted anti scalping wheels, attached seat and leveled deck. If your a old gear head you will love it. Kawasaki engine purrs. Tractor built in Orangeburg SC

"I received a Honda HRX217 Lawnmower with issues"
I received a Honda HRX217 Lawnmower with issues, oil pouring out of engine after 15 minutes. Followed directions added the supplied 12 oz bottle of oil. Called Mowers Direct and they said sorry call Honda too bad!. Learned my lesson only buy from a servicing dealer. They are horrible!

"Site makes most of its money off of warranties"
I purchased a Honda push mower from Mowers Direct. Overall, the mower has performed well in the last 11 months but I purchased the extended warranty just in case I needed it. The site markets these warranties over and over while you are on hold with them and throughout their website. Buyer beware. In the 11th month of having my mower, the pull start would not grab the engine to crank it. I figured something like this should be covered either under the manufacturers warranty or the extended warranty. I called the company only to be placed on hold for over 30 minutes. When I finally did reach a person, they gave me the wrong number to the service center. When I looked up the company name they gave me, I googled the number and called them but the rep told me they did not do lawn mower repairs. So I then googled Mowers Direct Service Centers and found a link to two places to supposedly take my mower. When I called one, they told me that more than likely my problem was not covered by the manufacturers warranty which only covers defects by the manufacturer and the extended warranty only extends the original manufacturers warranty. Now think about this. If there was a manufacturer's defect, wouldn't it likely show itself within the first month? Why buy and extended warranty that only covers defects? Is the defect going to show up after 2 years? My main problem here is how the company markets these warranties and makes the customers feel that their equipment will be covered if suddenly it won't operate. Not so. Basically you can get the same kind of service from any of the big box stores and you might as well take your mower to a local repair shop or YouTube it if you have a problem. These warranties are really just scams to make a bit more money from every customer.

Does anyone remember Toro's 22" "power reverse" walk behind mower ? I think discontinued 4 or 5 years ago. They probably had issues but I'd love to own one with electric srart . I Wonder if Toro plans new version. They appeared to be the perfect push mower. Thanks, Gary
